Management Trainee - Bond Health Group
Do you want to help shape the future of health and wellbeing?
Bond Health Group is building an ecosystem of services for training and wellbeing in everyday life. We see physical and mental health as one of the defining challenges of our time, and believe that movement and healthy habits are the most powerful medicine we have. Making them stick, however, is not easy – and that is a question of access and incentives. That is what we are here to do: make healthy habits easier, every day.
We currently serve 250,000 people in Sweden, Norway and Denmark through STC, Bruce Studios, Palla and Aspire Health Hub – but we are on a growth journey and more solutions will come.
Now, we’re looking for a driven Management Trainee to join our journey, based at our HQ in Stockholm.
What you will do
As our Management Trainee, you’ll be at the heart of Bond Health Group’s mission to scale our businesses and drive innovation. You’ll work closely with and report directly to our CEO, gaining unique insights into strategic decision-making and the inner workings of a fast-growing wellness group.
This is a hands-on role that will expose you to a broad range of challenges and opportunities across our group – from strategy and analysis to project execution and operational improvements. Every day will bring something new, and you will be expected to quickly plug into different situations, find solutions, and drive things over the finish line.
Examples of what you may work with:
Executive support – supporting day-to-day priorities, from office administration and practical coordination to preparing meetings with the Group Management Team and Board of Directors.
Operational improvements – helping us improve how we work through process optimisation, data-driven decision-making, and finding practical ways to put AI to work across the group.
Innovation sprints and growth projects – contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the future of the group, including new business ideas, partnerships, geographic expansion and acquisitions. You’ll support these projects through market, customer and competitor analysis, business case development, and by coordinating information and stakeholders throughout the process.
Business development across our companies – working alongside the teams at STC, Bruce Studios, Palla and Aspire on concrete business challenges and opportunities, where an extra pair of hands and a sharp mind can make a real difference.
This is a hands-on and fast-paced role for someone who wants to learn quickly, take on real responsibility and accelerate their professional growth. Over the course of 6–12 months, you’ll gain broad exposure to business leadership, strategic execution and operational scaling, while working closely with experienced leaders across the group. And while we have high ambitions, we also believe work should be fun – you’ll be surrounded by passionate people in a dynamic and vibrant environment, based in the heart of Stockholm, with plenty of opportunities to learn, contribute and make an impact.
What we want you to bring
We are looking for someone who is naturally curious and fast to learn – someone with a growth mindset who thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. You are genuinely interested in how AI can be applied to real work, and you look for ways to automate and improve rather than waiting to be asked. You enjoy solving problems with limited guidance and have a sharp analytical mind, but you are also pragmatic and hands-on – committed to taking assignments from start to finish. You naturally take initiative, work independently, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves for even the simplest tasks.
At your core, you’re a down-to-earth and collaborative team player who builds trust easily and communicates clearly. You have a genuine interest in fitness and wellbeing, and an active lifestyle comes naturally to you. You keep a firm grip on your deliverables, care about the details, meet deadlines and manage expectations. You know how to turn insights into action and are comfortable navigating ambiguity in a growing organisation. It is essential that you share our passion for the services we provide. Our team is diverse in many aspects, our working language is English/Scandinavian, and we see that every person joining us brings something new to the mix.
Your background:
A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or similar, completed no later than December 2026.
Good understanding of financial accounting and analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow).
Comfortable using digital tools and genuinely curious about how AI can improve and automate your day-to-day work.
Experience from Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Business Development is a merit.
Solid skills in Claude, Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint.
Fluency in English and one Nordic language.
Interest in fitness, wellness, or healthy lifestyles is a big plus.
Recruitment process
We review applications continuously, so don’t wait to apply – we’re excited to meet the next person who will contribute to our team and what we’re building together!
If you have any questions about the role, feel free to reach out to Josef Bexell at josef.bexell@bond-healthgroup.com.
Last day of application: 2026-10-11
First day of work: The ambition is to have our Management Trainee ready to start in mid-January 2027, with some room for flexibility.
